STACEY LYDON, MA

Director of Organizational Advancement

Stacey Lydon’s career has focused on creating impact for individuals, organizations, and communities. She has spent 20 years working in program management, outreach, and fundraising for universities and non-profit organizations with a global reach. At CMSF, Stacey concentrates on building philanthropic partnerships, strategic planning, and communications.

 

For more than a decade, Stacey worked to expand access to international experiences for underserved students in higher education. She created a scholarship program that served thousands of students annually, and recruited alumni to donate over 10,000 hours of volunteer time in the program’s first five years. She also has experience managing international immersion and exchange programs in Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

 

Stacey’s strengths in strategic planning, stakeholder relations and project management have allowed her to serve her community as a member of the Board of Trustees for Network for Africa and Pacific Oaks College & Children’s School. She is also a proud Past President of the 105-year-old Rotary Club of Santa Barbara. Stacey holds a Master’s Degree in International Economics from the School of Global Policy & Strategy at UC San Diego, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Development Studies and Political Science from UCLA.
